Late Shree S C Khanna was born in Amritsar (Punjab) post-Independence in new India on 24th January 1951. In his inception years, he received his preliminary education from Arya Samaj Gurukul followed by higher education from Punjab University. He started his career with Nationalized bank in Amritsar and moved to Gurgaon in 1991. Assessing the opportunities offered by the Real-estate industry he conceptualized the foundation of M/s TRIUMPH ESTATES in 1994. Based on his life experience and education he initiated this venture to provide a professional service in the Real estate sector. His ethos of honesty and transparency were the foundation blocks of his dream of establishing M/s TRIUMPH ESTATES. His professional career till the day he left us for heavenly abode on 12th March 2022 was spotless and his focus was to emphasize customer service and provide trustworthy quality service. Providing Client satisfaction in real-estate transactions was the hallmark of his professional career. He was the founder and President of the SHOPPING MALL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION for the longest period. He was a staunch ARYA SAMJI at his heart and dedicated the last few years to the service of Arya Samaj, DLF City Phase-2. He shared his real-estate vision of remoulding the SHOPPING MALL Market Place and uplifting the overall image and visibility of the market by undertaking the remodelling project for the market. In his professional career spread over three decades, he saw the evolution of Gurgaon from a small tinsel town in the suburb of Delhi to a highly acclaimed international standard smart city. Keeping pace with the rapid changes in the demography and landscape of Gurgaon he regularly paced his profession with times adapting to the modern technology in his working process. He was a market leader and was perceived as an Ideal by his fellow competitors and a role model for people to join this sector working with the ethos of Transparency, reliability, and accountability for the client services. Throughout his lifespan, he advocated social justice not just in his profession but also in the manner he lived his life. He was acclaimed by the real-estate fraternity for the high moral values he lived with and the same reflected in his professional career. He was always forefront of establishing TRIUMPH ESTATES as a trusted legal entity by advocating certification by NAREDCO, ISO CERTIFICATION, HRERA CERTIFICATION, International Acclaim, etc. His approach was to establish TRIUMPH ESTATE as a brand for the next generation’s perceptive balanced by the social values imbibed in his by his early days at Gurukul. Late Shree S C Khanna will always be remembered by society and his professional fraternity as a leader with a lot of perseverance and moral ethics he showcased during his lifetime. His guidance and his knowledge are the essence of TRIUMPH ESTATES vision and process followed to date and will be imbibed for many decades to come.

Architect Anuj Khanna was born in Amritsar (Punjab) on 4th Feb 1980 and had his foundation schooling at Army School, Amritsar followed by a Bachelor in Architecture from Sushant School of Art & Architecture (1997-2002). He has a long association with PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Delhi as Co- Chairman for the Housing and Urban Development committee. He also had a brief stint with the MDI premier institute of Leadership course. As an architect, he established STUDIO1ARCHITECT IN 2002 and made a formidable reputation completing various residential and commercial projects in NCR Delhi. Studio1 complimented the services provided by TRIUMPH ESTATES in the real estate sector. Under the umbrella of TRIUMPH ESTATES as an architect clients could get a holistic solution for their Real estate requirements. In 2016 TRIUMPH NRI CORPORATE (TNRIC) Services Pvt Ltd was incorporated with Late Shree S C Khanna as Chairman of the company and Mr. Anuj Khanna as the Founder and Managing Director. The venture was established to provide extended services to clients of TRIUMPH ESTATES for their added real estate services. Mr. Anuj Khanna has been the torchbearer for TRIUMPH ESTATES since 2002 and has embraced the virtues of father Late Shree S C Khanna of Transparency, reliability, and accountability for customer service. In TRIUMPH ESTATES emphasis is laid on providing the client with end-to-end quality services and complete guidance regarding real estate in Gurugram. Adding social facets to his persona Mr. Anuj Khanna is a passionate golfer and member of the prestigious DLF GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB. The same experience of golfing and lifestyle is also shared with clients of TRIUMPH ESTATES. He also successfully participated in several social undertakings with ROTARY CLUB, Gurgaon. Mr. Anuj Khanna has been establishing an overseas network for TRIUMPH ESTATES with events arranged and participated in to reach out to clients based out of Singapore, Dubai, Bahrain, Malaysia, Hongkong, etc. In the pursuit to provide end-to-end connect with the clients he has been actively participating in overseas connect with TRIUMPH ESTATES clients. Mr Khanna has been visionary in setting the stage for TRIUMPH ESTATES in providing one-stop access for NCR Delhi real estate investments and property management. Today under his leadership new milestones and processes are being initiated for the next level of customer experience.
